In May I went along to see how everything was looking at
Walk the Walk’s Famous pink tent. This is the second year I have created the
animation’s for the two large screens at either side of the stage. It was great
to finally see my work enlarged and how the event is run just before thousands
of walkers arrive to stride the streets for the Moonwalk London 2013, to unite against breat cancer. This year
the theme was Outer Space and in Edinburgh it was the Swinging 60’s.

Grimm's Fairy Tales
Once upon a time, back in April I drew this at another one of 'Brightons Life Drawing' classes. It was just a 20mins pose if I had more time I would have added more of a thorny wall or back ground.

Jubilee Jamboree
I designed this poster for my son’s school fete. It had to
show hints of the Diamond Jubilee and the Olympics – so I added the red, blue
and white bunting and the doughnuts in the shape of the Olympic logo. I also
created a black & white
version for the kids to colour in themselves. I created the poster in adobe flash.

This is for you Mum : )
Just made this for my Mum's Mother's Day card. A picture combining lots of items that make me think of her - Hyacinths (which mum always grew in our little attic) placed in an old chutney jar, with some of her watercolour brushes.
I drew this with a calligraphy pen and I'm loving all the different lines you can get and even the splodges!

Circus and Puppet themed Life Drawing
I’ve been to two great life drawing sessions recently with ‘Brighton Life Drawing Studios’ Each time there has been a theatrical theme, the first one was Strings then Circus, with fascinating props with models in very strong poses. I’ve been to loads of life drawing classes privately and at college and this has been the first time I have ever drawn two people together, it’s good practice but tough!
Here are some of my sketches from the two nights, they were too large to scan so had to take photos of them. Next time I hope to add colour.
